ZAGREB, April 30 (Hina) - Bread prices of the Zagreb-based Klara baking industry are higher by an average five percent as of Monday, while Lura, the largest domestic dairy corporation, will increase the prices of dairy products as of
Tuesday by an average 2-5 percent. Klara has not changed the prices of brown bread, plain bread and rolls, while Lura will not change the price of fresh milk, and will cut those of fruit juices by 3-20 percent. The higher prices have been explained with the recent increase in the prices of energy products, oil in particular, and other ascending costs. Bakers believe the government should have a clear strategy as regards fuel prices, which they assert is the "generator of changes" in the prices of all other products. Klara has increased its prices by 1.72-10 percent, spokesman Darko Hobler told Hina on Monday. The increase in the prices of the leading manufacturer
