ZAGREB, April 27 (Hina) - The Presidents of Croatia and Poland, Stipe Mesic and Aleksandar Kwasniewski, in Zagreb on Friday confirmed good political ties between the two countries. On this occasion, the Polish President was decorated
with the highest Croatian order. "Our cooperation is at the highest possible level, however there is still room for cooperation in economy", Mesic said in a joint statement after the talks with Kwasniewski. The Polish President is in a three-day official visit to Croatia. "Poland is more experienced in joining NATO, because it already is a full member, and the two countries' joint interest is joining the European Union," said Mesic. "We hope that our cooperation, which will be conducted at different levels, will contribute to our vision of a united Europe," Kwasniewski told reporters.
