MOSTAR OFFICE MOSTAR, April 23 (Hina) - The head of the Office of the High Representative (OHR) in Mostar, British diplomat Colin Munroe, and his associates returned on Monday to their office at Mostar's "Ero" hotel, from where they
had been evacuated on April 6 due to a conflict between Croat protesters and Stabilisation Force (SFOR) members. The conflict erupted when SFOR members, assisted by representatives of international organisations and the OHR, raided and blocked the Hercegovacka Banka. Eighteen SFOR troops, three police officers and two civilians suffered light injuries in the incident. The OHR spokeswoman for southern Bosnia-Herzegovina, Avis Benes, confirmed that the OHR staff returned today to their Mostar office. The office expected political problems to be resolved through negotiations, she said, adding that the situation was normalising.
