ZAGREB, April 24 (Hina) - The Croatian parliament will begin its 12 session on Wednesday with representatives' questions to members of the government. The two-week session has an agenda of some 30 items. Parliament is expected to
begin an often-postponed debate on a privatisation auditing bill, whose adoption the ruling six-party coalition promised before winning the January 2000 elections. The bill's final text moves auditing those companies for which a request to that effect has been filed. Parliament is also expected to adopt a law aimed at stepping up the reconstruction and development of the eastern town of Vukovar, which suffered the biggest destruction during the Serb's early 1990s aggression. The MPs should also take a position on a request to set up a commission which should probe the legality of wheat management in 1999 and 2000.(hina) ha sb
