ZAGREB, April 21 (Hina) - Croatia's oil company INA this year plans to invest about US$25 million in several projects which would improve the technological configuration of the Sisak oil refinery, INA officials said in a statement.
The current technological configuration of the Sisak refinery does not satisfy European ecological demands for most of its products. The situation is caused by a lack of investments in the modernisation of the refinery, INA officials said in the statement. Investments in the Sisak refinery would enable the production of the European quality by the year 2005, namely it would create conditions for capital investments. A draft project aiming at the improvement of a difficult situation in the refinery is to be completed in the near future.(hina) it
