ZAGREB ZAGREB, March 27 (Hina) - The Croatian Armed Forces' headquarters chief-of-staff, General Petar Stipetic, on Tuesday morning arrived in the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia headquarters in Zagreb to, as
a suspect, give a statement before ICTY investigators about alleged war crimes committed during the operation in the pocket of Medak and the 1995 operations "Flash" and "Storm". Stipetic arrived in the ICTY headquarters around 10.15AM, while his attorney Cedo Prodanovic arrived several minutes earlier. The International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) suspects General Stipetic of being liable, according to his commanding responsibility, for alleged war crimes.(hina) it
