SPLIT PORT SPLIT, March 8 (Hina) - The Canadian Navy frigate 'Charlottetown', with a crew of 180, on Thursday sailed into Split's northern port for a friendly five-day visit to the Croatian Navy and the city of Split. This is the
first Canadian navy ship to visit a Croatian port. A frigate's delegation, headed by the ship's commander, Captain Ron Lloyd, and a military attache at the Canadian Embassy in Hungary, Commander Alfred Terrence Pinell, met representatives of the Split city and county authorities and the commander of the Croatian Navy, Vice-Admiral Vid Stipetic.(hina) rml
