ZAGREB, March 21 (Hina) - The Croatian Privatisation Fund (HFP) announced in the press on Wednesday the Final Public Auction, under particularly favourable conditions, of stocks in 26 companies in which the state holds a share of 25
percent and seven companies in which it owns up to 75 percent of shares. The auction will be carried out via the computer trade system of the Zagreb Stock Exchange. The auctioning of shares from the state portfolio of the companies in which the state has 25 percent-ownership will take place on April 4-6, whereas the auctioning of the shares of the companies in which the state holds up to 75 percent of stocks will take place on April 9. The shares shall be purchased only in a batch and domestic as well as foreign physical and legal persons will be able to participate in the auction through their representatives-registered members of the Zagreb Stock

The companies to be offered at the auction are, among else, the
Zagreb Factory of Electrical Products (TEP), Osijek's Koestlin and
Sloboda food factories, the Cres Shipyard, Zadar's Tankerkomerc
shipping company, the organic dyes factory Chromos etc.
