BELGRADE, Feb 28 (Hina) - Yugoslav President Vojislav Kostunica and a Croatian Serb delegation on Wednesday discussed the normalisation of relations between the two countries and measures for improving the position of the Croatian
Serb minority. The two sides supported the organisation of a trilateral summit of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia and Yugoslavia, which would focus on refugee issues, i.e. refugee property, human rights, the implementation of Croatia's Amnesty Act, etc. The interlocutors, read a statement from Kostunica's office, "expressed concern about a wave of arrests of Serb returnees in Croatia," which they believed "discourages the refugee return and causes anxiety among the returnees." The two sides agreed on concrete forms of cooperation such as forming the Serb media in Croatia, which would facilitate "the re-establishment of the Croatian Serb community."(hina) rml
