ZAGREB MARCH 1-2 ZAGREB, Feb 28 (Hina) - The permanent council of the Stability Pact for South Eastern Europe's task force for trade liberalisation is to convene at the Croatian Economy Ministry on March 1-2, the ministry said in a
statement on Wednesday. The Zagreb meeting is the first of six planned to produce a memorandum on understanding, which should provide guidelines for liberalising and facilitating trade among the region's countries. The meeting will be attended by representatives of Albania, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Yugoslavia, Macedonia, Romania, Croatia, Hungary, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Turkey, Great Britain, and the United States.
