SKOPJE SKOPJE, Feb 23 (Hina) - Croatian First Deputy Prime Minister Goran Granic, as the head of a Croatian government delegation, is participating in the fourth Summit of South East European Cooperation Process (SEECP) being held in Skopje. Granic on Friday said that the stability in the region depended on reforms in countries, their bilateral relations and regional cooperation. He also said that joint projects of infrastructure were acceptable, however, they do not solve all the problems. Granic said the Croatian government would fight the collective guilt of Serbs in Croatia, as well as the collective protection. The summit is attended by presidents and prime ministers of Bulgaria, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Romania, Yugoslavia, Albania, Macedonia, Greece and Turkey as well as Secretary General and High Representative for Common Foreign and Security Policy Javier Solana, European Commissioner for foreign affairs
