SPLIT, Feb 24 (Hina) - The Croatian Parliament Speaker and president of the Croatian Peasants' Party (HSS), Zlatko Tomcic, said in Split on Saturday it was obvious the international community trusted Croatia's authorities and
distinguished Croatia from other countries in the region. He also strongly believed all those suspected of individual crimes would answer before the Croatian judiciary. Tomcic, who spoke at a news conference, expressed "satisfaction that the situation with general Norac has ended in the best possible way." Norac has made a wise decision - it is chivalrous to defend one's country, but it's also chivalrous to defend one's honour before a court, Tomcic said.
