Wednesday morning started a discussion on draft conclusions drawn
up by parliamentary benches of six ruling parties, the bench of the
PGS (Primorje-Gorski Kotar Alliance)/SBHS (Slavonian-Baranian
Croatian Party) and national minorities in connection with the
current political situation marked with protest rallies in the wake
of a warrant for the arrest of the retired General Mirko Norac who is
under suspicion of having committed war crimes against civilians.
According to the conclusions, absolute support is given to the

During the parliamentary discussion, which has been very heated
since the very beginning, members of the six-party ruling coalition
have accused the opposition Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) of
manipulating dissatisfied war veterans and bringing into question
the foundations of the law-based country and its democratic
system.
