ZAGREB, Feb 6 (Hina) - To make it possible (for beneficiaries) to exercise social rights by coining money without security or taking more loans will push the country into disaster, Premier Ivica Racan said on Tuesday adding the
incumbent Government's task was to ensure the prospects of Croatia's development. Ahead of Tuesday evening's meeting of parliamentary benches of six parties which make up the ruling coalition, Racan told reporters that he was going to inform participants in the meeting of the economic and financial situation in the country which conditioned the Government's proposals, including some austerity measures. He added that a serious discussion should be launched on citizens' social rights and possibilities to exercise them. Wishes are one thing and possibilities are the other, and we have no right to "strangle ourselves", Racan added. The Ivica Racan Cabinet is expecting from the ruling coalition
