According to the stand of the BH Presidency, the meeting, which would also be attended by Presidents Stjepan Mesic and Vojislav Kostunica, would focus on joint issues regarding the implementation of the Dayton agreement, in particular refugee problems and military cooperation in the region, as well as the International Criminal Tribunal for former Yugoslavia. The state presidency today also supported the activities of Martin Raguz as mandatary for the composition of the new Council of Ministers of Bosnia-Herzegovina. BH Presidency members, Kojundzic said, condemned the interference of foreign diplomats with the procedure of establishment of the Council of Ministers, describing it as "inappropriate pressure by unauthorised individuals."
