BELGRADE, Jan 24 (Hina) - A member of an association for assistance to refugees who have found shelter in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, on Wednesday said that during last week's talks this association held in Zagreb with
Croatia's side, Croatian authorities had shown "good will to ensure, with the international community's help, the self-viable return of refugees." Member Veljko Zigic told a news conference in Belgrade today that in his opinion the return of refugees "is not only a security but also economic issue," and added that authorities in Croatia and Yugoslavia "must take other stand towards this problem." According to his estimates, about 50 percent of those who fled Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina and moved into Yugoslavia would come back to their homes if there were ensured conditions for "self-viable and safe return." The association's leader, Milorad Muratovic, announced another
round of talks for 20 days with Croatia's authorities,
