Yugoslavia's proposal for the establishment of a so-called commission for truth. Yugoslav Justice Minister Momcilo Grubac on Thursday put forward the idea of setting up a commission which would establish the truth about last decade's events on the territory of the former Yugoslav federation. The commission would be made up of representatives of Croatia, Yugoslavia, and Bosnia. sanctioned. Croatia abides by that principle and can only hope that
the Yugoslav side will accept that principle of conduct," he said.
