ZAGREB, Jan 8 (Hina) - The President of The Russian Republic of Komi, Yury Alexeyevich Spiridonov spent the past weekend in a private visit to Croatia, the Croatian President's Office said in a statement Monday. A meeting between the
two presidents, Spiridonov and Stjepan Mesic, focused on the possibilities of promoting relations between Komi and Croatia, especially economic relations, the Office reported. Croatian presidential advisors for economy and foreign affairs Stjepan Zdunic and Tomislav Jakic attended the meeting, as did business people from Switzerland, Hungary and Croatia, Mladen Obrad, Kozma Janos, Mihail Ksemzovski and Mirsad Pipic.
