The correct item should read as follows: ZAGREB, Dec 13 (Hina) - The Croatian parliament on Friday morning unanimously adopted a resolution which requests of the United States to allow Zvonko Busic to be transferred to a prison in Croatia where he would serve the rest of his sentence. #L# Following charges for highjacking an airplane in the United States in 1976, Busic was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole after 30 years, which expires on September 12, 2006. The resolution obliges the government to request of a Council of Europe's competent body to be a mediator in the process of Busic's transfer to a Croatian prison. The parliament will inform the government and the U.S Congress of the adopted resolution. A Croatian parliamentary delegation in the Council of Europe will inform the Council of Europe's Parliamentary Assembly of the resolution.
