LJUBLJANA, Oct 25 (Hina) - A meeting of interior ministers and their deputies from 10 countries will take place in Slovenia on Monday. The meeting will focus on regional cooperation in preventing illegal immigrations, and drug,
weapons and stolen vehicle trafficking along to so-called Balkan Route.

The regional ministerial conference will be attended by officials
from Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary, Austria, Romania, Albania,
Bosnia-Herzegovina, Yugoslavia and Bulgaria.
A joint declaration will be signed about police cooperation and the
implementation of European security mechanisms.
The Slovene news agency STA said that the Macedonian interior
minister would not take part in the conference because the
Macedonian government had still not officially taken over duty.
Yugoslavia also cancelled its participation the last moment.
