SENDS ICTY ANOTHER LEGAL REMEDY TO BOBETKO INDICTMENTZAGREB, Oct 4 (Hina) - The Croatian government on Friday submitted to the Appeals Chamber of the Hague-based war crimes tribunal another legal remedy, i.e. a request by the Republic of Croatia to re-examine a decision of September 17 confirming an indictment against General Janko Bobetko and a warrant for his arrest and hand-over of September 20, the Croatian government said in a statement. Croatia demands in the request to the Appeals Chamber the withdrawal of the decision confirming the indictment and its amending, as well as the withdrawal of the arrest and hand-over warrant. The request includes all legally allowed objections to the content and some parts of the indictment against Bobetko, reads the statement.
