the trial of Slobodan Milosevic at the Hague-based UN war crimes tribunal, said the chairwoman of the Belgrade-based Committee of Human Rights Attorneys, Biljana Kovacevic-Vuco.

important facts even at the cost of a possible drop in his domestic
rating in his Wednesday testimony at the trial of Slobodan
Milosevic at the Hague-based UN war crimes tribunal, said the
chairwoman of the Belgrade-based Committee of Human Rights
Attorneys, Biljana Kovacevic-Vuco. #L#
Mesic's behaviour was superior and Milosevic did not manage to
distract him, which he did in previous cross-examinations of
witnesses in the Kosovo part of the trial, said Kovacevic-Vuco.
For the first time the witness spoke competently and openly about
political facts and the policy which generated crime, Kovacevic-
Vuco said.
