ZAGREB, Sept 25 (Hina) - The president of the Serb People's Party (SNS) Milan Djukic on Tuesday held talks with the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) High Commissioner for national minorities, Rolf Ekeus, and
his associates, the SNS said in a statement.

The talks focused on the obligation of the Croatian authorities to
pass a constitutional law on the rights of ethnic communities and
the time and necessary conditions for the adoption, the statement
said.
Djukic and Ekeus also discussed the position of ethnic communities
in Croatia, particularly the position of the Serb ethnic community,
with regard to the results of the recently conducted census, the
right to the return and reconstruction, the statement said.
According to the SNS, the talks also focused on the current events
in Croatia.
