ZAGREB, Aug 26 (Hina) - The President of the Serb People's Party (SNS), Milan Djukic, on behalf of his party and personally, distanced himself on Monday from acts of local Serb authorities in Udbina and Dvor na Uni, in connection to
the celebration of the two municipalities' days. Djukic said tensions were of no use to anybody there. It is not right that local Serb authorities in Udbina refused to mark the municipality's official day on August 7. On that date in 1995, the Croatian army liberated the municipality from Serb occupation. Djukic expressed hope that the Dvor na Uni day would not be celebrated in September. In September 1991, Serb rebels occupied the area. (hina) lml
