Minister Anticevic-Marinovic's optimism is based on claims that
Croatia does not wish to denounce some indisputable facts before
the Hague-based war crimes tribunal.
"This refers to indisputable facts and the authority of a country
that was recognised within its borders and then it is logical that
it has the right to set up government on its entire territory and
that is what we are talking about. That is why the government
believes it does not need to prove these facts," Minister
Anticevic-Marinovic said in Slavonski Brod where she took part in a
round table organised by the Social Democratic Party (SDP) on
reforms in the judiciary.
