STRASBOURG, Sept 24 (Hina) - Croatia believes that Yugoslavia's

developing good neighbourly relations between Croatia and
Yugoslavia, the head of a Croatian parliamentary delegation to
Strasbourg, Mirjana Feric-Vac, said on Tuesday. #L#
As the head of the Croatian delegation, Feric-Vac is also the vice
president of the Political Committee of the Parliamentary Group to
the Council of Europe that participated in a discussion on the
occasion of Yugoslavia's reception to that oldest European
organisation, the Croatian parliament said in a statement.
The Council of Europe earlier on Tuesday, gave the green light for
Yugoslavia's reception under the condition that it adopts a
constitutional charter of future relations between Serbia and
Montenegro.
Croatia sees Yugoslavia's membership to the CoE as an opportunity
to advance developments in good neighbourly relations which should
contribute to resolving all contentious issues between the two
countries, including those most difficult relating to the armed
conflict against Croatia, Feric-Vac said as noted in the
parliament's statement to the press.
