In an interview for the Mostar "Dnevni list" daily on Friday, Puljic
said that of about 180,000 displaced Catholics from Republika
Srpska only about 8,000 had returned to their homes.
Cardinal Puljic emphasised that the Church called on all faithful
to take the vote at the election, scheduled for October 5, according
to their conscience.
