concrete about the case.

The case is too far from being concrete yet, said Mikulicic. The
government's office for cooperation with the Hague-based UN
tribunal is currently examining the formal validity of the
indictment, on which it will issue a statement, probably during the
afternoon, when more details will be known, said the attorney.
Given his age (83) and condition, the retired general is feeling
accordingly, said Mikulicic.
Numerous friends, relatives, and party colleagues are continuing
to visit Bobetko.
Among them was retired Gen. Marinko Kresic, who told reporters he
had come to tell Bobetko that all his generals, fellow fighters and
friends were by him to offer him all the help he might need.
