elements which he had already noticed in a letter Croatian Foreign
Minister Tonino Picula had sent him a day earlier. #L#
"Those are some elements which are not entirely positive, a certain
dissatisfaction on Croatia's part and its stand not to discuss the
case of Jozko Joras whose human rights are being violated and which
we are determined to discuss," Rupel said in an interview on Slovene
Radio.
Commenting on Picula's letter, Rupel said that the "real truth is
that the Slovene side is advocating the continuation of dialogue
while the same cannot be said for Croatia", despite the fact that
Picula's letter was diplomatic.
"We cannot always use the good will of the premiers, we must also
hold meetings on the ministerial level," Rupel said.
