In an interview for Pristina's daily in Albanian "Koha Ditore",
published on Friday, Steiner said that there were grounds to speak
about the Blakan smuggling route, but that nobody could point the
finger at Kosovo.
Steiner said in an interview that international presence was still
necessary in Kosovo.
The UN Civil Administrator said that the reduction of the UN budget
in Kosovo had already started and that it was therefore important
that Kosovo be included in international mechanism for receiving
loans.
