morning supported a bill on the responsibility of legal entities in

The bill, which should step up the clamp-down on corruption,
stipulates the accountability of companies for some 150 criminal
acts.
As a rule, the employee who commits crime will he held responsible
for the act. If the individual that has committed the wrongdoing is
not known, the company will be fined.
Fines range from the confiscation of benefits, the public
announcement of the verdict, pecuniary penalties between five
thousand and five million kuna (between 685 and 685,000 euros), and
the closure of the company.
