The reporters therefore expect court president Igor Benzon to
apologise on behalf of the court and at least reprimand the judge,
who they say has been entrusted with a very serious and difficult
process.
The corps says that judge Lozina last week criticised "Jutarnji
list" daily reporter Mario Kavain, stating without any evidence and
in an insulting manner that Kavain was only signing his articles,
actually alluding that their author was somebody else.
Court reporters warn Lozina, court president Benzon, and the public
that the claims about journalist Kavain constitute the criminal act
of slander.
