Cooperation between the government and the judicial system is an
important task the execution of which "should be stepped up," Racan
told a news conference upon returning from the United States.
On Tuesday the president of the Supreme Court, Ivica Crnic, said
that a four-member team of experts, established at a May 20 meeting
of representatives of the legislative, executive, and judicial
authorities, had not convened once, even though it was supposed to
draw up a judiciary reform in 15 days.
Racan said the experts would meet in a few days.
