ZAGREB, June 13 (Hina) - A non-governmental ecological association "Green Action" on Thursday held a brief protest rally in front of the Croatian government building to warn the government that it still had not sent "the temporary law
on genetically modified organisms (GMO)" into parliamentary procedure, although a year has passed since it was drawn up.

Eight activists brought banners to the protest saying "For Croatia
without GM Food" and "Do We Know What We Eat?", and a large banner
reading "Stop GMO" was set up on the scaffolding on St Mark's
church.
