Serbian Justice Minister Vladan Batic told a daily in Belgrade that
the guarantees would be jointly issued by the federal and state
governments, signed by Yugoslav and Serbian Prime Ministers
Dragisa Pesic and Zoran Djindjic.
The defence attorneys of Dragoljub Ojdanic, Nikola Sainovic, Mile
Mrksic, Momcilo Gruban and Milan Martic, forwarded a request to the
ICTY to release their clients from detention.
