For the second month in the row, D&B analysts are discussing the
consequences of the Rijecka bank crisis and its impact on Croatia's
banking sector.
D&B believes that the Rijecka bank episode did not represent a
systematic problem within Croatia's banking sector and decided not
to change Croatia's risk factor, DB4d.
Among 24 Central and Eastern European countries, Croatia is in
fourth place and it is included on the list of countries with a
moderate risk factor.
Hungary tops the list and Slovenia follows with DB2d. Yugoslavia is
the last on the list and its risk factor is DB6d.
