Granic told reporters he was particularly pleased with the
determination of the Hague tribunal to bring all criminals to
justice, and expressed hope that Martic and Mrksic would not be the
only persons responsible for war crimes in Croatia to end up before
the tribunal.
It is expected that Martic's indictment will be extended to include
crimes committed by the so-called Krajina police against Croats,
Granic said.
He also expressed hope that the indictment against Slobodan
Milosevic for war crimes in Croatia would be extended as well.
