ZAGREB/CAIRO, May 1 (Hina) - A Croatian economy delegation, led by Economy Minister Hrvoje Vojkovic, ended its official visit to Egypt on Wednesday by signing a memorandum on understanding between and the Croatian Chamber of Commerce

During the visit, Minister Vojkovic held talks with Egyptian
ministers in charge of foreign policy, industry, power supply and
transport, Spokeswoman for the Croatian Economy Ministry Sanja
Bach told Hina.
The Croatian Crafts, Small and Medium Entrepreneurship Ministry
also signed bilateral agreements with the Egyptian fund for social
development, while the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and
Development signed a cooperation agreement with Egypt's Export
Credit Garantee Company.
During the visit, representatives of the Maritime, Transportation
and Communication Ministry held talks on the adjustment of an
agreement in maritime transportation, while representatives of the
Finance Ministry discussed an agreement on avoiding double
taxation.
Also initialled was a memorandum on understanding between the
northern Adriatic port of Rijeka and Egypt's port of Alexandria.
