of the county, with the votes of the Croatian Bloc and the Croatian Social Liberal Party.

Only one councillor voted against the decision, Juraj Krstulovic of
the Social Democratic Party (SDP). The other opposition
councillors from the ranks of the SDP, the Croatian People's Party
and the Croatian Peasant Party abstained.
Also today, the Split-Dalmatia County assembly adopted a decision
on the presentation of county awards for 2001. Among the winners is
the National Headquarters for the Protection of Homeland War
values.
Norac, Ademi, and Gotovina have been charged with war crimes.
