Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Mission to Croatia, Peter

The two officials discussed the return of refugees and displaced
persons, the repossession of property, the status of national
minorities and relations between Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina,
the Croatian government public relations office said in a
statement.
Budisa informed the OSCE official of the existing situation and the
tenancy rights' institute, as well as the ways of solving this
issue, the statement read.
Semneby expressed interest in solving the status of national
minority. Budisa said the solving of this issue is underway.
According to him, the government has established a working group in
charge of drawing up a law which would meet all international
standards.
Speaking about relations with Bosnia, Budisa expressed
satisfaction with progress made with regard to constitutional
changes in the country. Addressing the return issue, the Croatian
first deputy prime minister said the government advocated the
return, investing efforts in creating conditions for the return to
Croatia and Bosnia.
Semneby expressed satisfaction with encouraging progress made in
the fields.
