ANKARA, April 13 (Hina) - Yugoslav Foreign Minister Goran Svilanovic and his Turkish counterpart Ismail Cem signed an agreement on cooperation in culture, science, education and sports in Ankara on Saturday. At a joint press
conference held after the signing, Yugoslav minister Svilanovic commented on a suicide attempt of former Serbian Interior Minister Vlajko Sotjiljkovic. Svilanovic said he hoped Stojiljkovic's act would not reflect on a government's decision to extradite all war crimes suspects to the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY). He also said he hoped that this case would not effect the implementation of the law on cooperation with the ICTY, adopted by the Yugoslav parliament on Thursday.(hina) it
