possible sanctions against Yugoslavia for non-cooperation would not refer to Montenegro.

Sunday Montenegro was willing to fully cooperate with the
international community and the Hague-based UN war crimes

against Yugoslavia for non-cooperation would not refer to

Djukanovic said he told the tribunal's chief prosecutor, Carla del
Ponte, that Montenegro would do everything requested of it as it was
every government's task. Full cooperation with the tribunal is
imperative as Montenegro wants to become a full member of the UN and
other international economic, military and political structures,
he added.
PM Lukovac said Montenegro was meeting all commitments to the Hague
tribunal.
