for Croatian artists and modern art museums and galleries after the war, are some subjects covered by the first issue of the magazine.
ZAGREB, April 10 (Hina) - The Modern Art Institute in Zagreb on
Wednesday presented a new, Croatian-English magazine "Radionica"
(Workshop), which will be issued three times a year. Copyrights in
Croatia, a new residential programme for Croatian artists and
modern art museums and galleries after the war, are some subjects
covered by the first issue of the magazine. #L#
The magazine has been concieved as a workshop open for all artists
who wish to participate, speak and work on what is currently
interesting in culture, Editor-in-Chief Janka Vukmir said.
"Radionica" was financially assisted by the Croatian Culture
Ministry, which paid for the graphical preparations and press, and
the European cultural Foundation in Amsterdam paid the
translators.
