"I resigned because even before the annual report on the work of the
State Prosecutor's Office had been discussed in the government and
parliament, media speculated the report will not be adopted,"
Ortynski told reporters.
The ruling five-party coalition leaders expressed dissatisfaction
with the work of the State Prosecutor's Office even before a
discussion in the government scheduled to take place on Thursday.
