Richard visited the KFOR headquarters, discussing the work and
engagement of international peace troops in Kosovo with KFOR
commander Gen. Marcel Valentin.
The defence minister also met the UN civil administrator Michael
Steiner, discussing the current situation in this Yugoslav
province.
Richard then headed for Kosovska Mitrovica, to visit the French
troops of the KFOR multinational brigade - Sector North.
