Speaking on the second day of the session, Antunovic said that
Croatia "has made progress in the protection and promotion of human
rights over the past year".
Croatia is satisfied with the hand-over of former Yugoslav
President Slobodan Milosevic to the Hague war crimes tribunal and
continues to insist on the hand-over of the "Vukovar Three", she
said.
The Geneva conference is the biggest regular annual meeting on
human rights on the global level.
