BELGRADE, March 4 (Hina) - Council of Europe representatives have assessed that Yugoslavia has made "huge steps" towards meeting conditions for admission and should become a standing member in June or September at the latest, the
president of the Yugoslav parliament's citizens' council, Dragoljub Micunovic, said on Saturday. Upon returning from Paris, where he took part in the work of the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly's politics committee, Micunovic told reporters at the Belgrade airport the Council's rapporteurs had written an "excellent" report on Yugoslavia. He added the Parliamentary Assembly's politics committee commended the dialogue on the rearrangement of relations within the Yugoslav federation and assessed that Serbia was faster in implementing reforms than Montenegro.(hina) ha
