SPLIT, Feb 26 (Hina) - Italian and Croatian delegations on Tuesday continued negotiations on a new agreement on road transport of passengers and goods to establish the final contingent of transport licenses. Since the Italians agreed
with eight articles of the agreement, while the remaining eighteen are thoroughly being combed through, the signing of this, for Croatia very important, agreement, is expected to happen on Wednesday. The Croatian side expects that the number of licenses for transport would increase from the current 30,000 to 33,000 and additional 3,000 for so-called combined transport via ferries from Splil, Zadar and Dubrovnik to Ancona and vice-versa.
