BELGRADE, Feb 10 (Hina) - The Serbian government is unanimous in an opinion that Yugoslav citizens indicted for war crimes must be extradited to the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), Serbian Justice
Minister Vladan Batic said in an interview for Sunday's issue of the "Politika" daily. "Those who have blood on their hands in the name of the Serb national feeling must take responsibility... the Tribunal demands their extradition and we cannot be defiant of the international community in the name of the alleged national defiance and dignity," Batic told the daily and expressed hope the indictees would voluntarily surrender to the Hague-based tribunal. He said the price of defiance would be too high. "The is no way will play with the future of our people. We know the price, isolation and a wage that of five German marks," Batic said.(hina) it
