Thursday handed himself over to the tribunal, an ICTY spokesman said. Dusan Fister handed himself over, spokesman Jim Landale said, explaining that he handed himself in the Bosnian Serb entity of Republika Srpska. Fister, aged 47, was the commander of the Keraterm camp.
